Scheduling

We are careful about staying on schedule and minimize your waiting period. Sometimes unplanned delays may occur and we will admire your composure and understanding. If you are undergoing pain, we will make every effort to see you that day.

Cancellations

When you won’t be able to visit us on the scheduled appointment, it will be appreciated if you let us know in advance with at least 48 hour notice. We can then give your appointment to another patient.

Dental Insurance Plan

An insurance plan is filed so that our patients are benefited. Collection of detailed information will be done for you by us, if you think of using insurance. It is good to keep in mind that the coverage will change according to your plan. The person who is documented in our records and not necessarily in the insurance policy is liable for the payment.

Financial Policy

We care to save our patients’ money by giving them the best dental treatment at the least possible expenses. You are requested to provide the most correct details and give us intimation if there is any amendment. You are also requested to pay at the time of the treatment.
